One app for students. One control portal for institutions.

Start your exam in the right place

Students take exams in the Android app using a code supplied by their institution. Schools, colleges, and universities manage exams from the secure web portal.

Student

I am taking an exam

Download the app, then enter the access code sent by your lecturer or examinations office.

Need an exam code? Contact your institution. Exam Proctor support cannot create or guess a student's code.

Institution

I manage exams

Request an institutional workspace to configure exams, invite staff, issue access codes, and review proctoring events.

Already onboarded? Sign in to the portal. New institutions should submit the setup request first.

Student access

Three things you need on exam day

01

Install the Android app

Download Exam Proctor from Google Play before your scheduled exam.

02

Get a code from your institution

Your lecturer or examinations office creates the access code. The app and website do not issue student codes automatically.

03

Enter your details and code

The code routes you to the exam link and rules configured by your institution.

Institution portal

Own the exam workflow

Institutional staff control the exam link, access window, monitoring policy, staff permissions, and final review. Students never need a portal account.

Request an institutional workspace

Create exams and access codes

Attach the correct exam URL, schedule the assessment, and issue time-limited codes.

Monitor live sessions

See active, warning, locked, completed, and invalidated sessions in one dashboard.

Review flags before deciding

Recorded events enter an institutional review workflow. The software does not make disciplinary decisions.

Export operational reports

Use session and violation data to support review and examination administration.

Clear responsibility

Exam flags are evidence for review, not automatic verdicts.

The platform records configured events and can lock a session at the institution's threshold. Authorized staff review those events and decide what happens next under their own academic policy.
